🎨 What kind of artworks do you offer?

I offer abstract art pieces, printed in high quality on canvas or framed. Each piece is available in a single format, carefully chosen to highlight its aesthetic. Every artwork is produced on demand for each order.

🌍 Which countries do you ship to?

We ship within Europe and selected regions worldwide. Shipping is free in most European Union countries. For non-EU countries such as the United States, Canada or Switzerland, a flat rate of $26.50 applies.

🌐 Do you ship worldwide?

Not everywhere. We mainly ship to Europe and a few selected countries outside the EU, such as the United States, Canada, or Switzerland. If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is unfortunately not available.

⏱️ What are the delivery times?

 Processing and delivery time: 5 to 10 business days for Europe– Other regions: depending on the destination

🔍 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are secure. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other methods available at checkout.

🧾 Are VAT and fees included in the prices?

Yes. Within Europe, all prices shown include everything (VAT, printing, shipping). Outside the EU, applicable import taxes are automatically calculated based on the shipping address.

We do everything we can to ensure our customers' satisfaction and are available 24/7 at info@palmo.gallery for any questions or requests.
